Avara Properties is a Black-owned, Houston-based small business committed to creating ethical, community-centered real estate solutions for homeowners facing difficult circumstances. We specialize in purchasing distressed residential properties from individuals and families navigating foreclosure, probate, inherited properties, financial hardship, or major life transitions.

Our work is rooted in the belief that homeowners deserve respect, transparency, and real options—especially during moments of uncertainty. We meet people where they are and provide clear, pressure-free pathways forward.
